Perfumery training continues to spread internationally

We are delighted to announce the arrival of our new students at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery in China for the start of the 2025 academic year. Classes officially began on 3 June 2025, marking the start of a new year of transmitting Grasse’s expertise internationally.

This branch, developed in partnership with the O D’HORA brand, is the fruit of an ambitious project spearheaded by Jieni Fu, a GIP-qualified perfumer and founder of the first niche perfume brand created by a perfumer in China.

A bridge between French and Chinese olfactory culture

O D’HORA aims to create high-quality Chinese fragrances, while spreading the culture of artisan perfumery and a poetic art of living. As GIP’s official representative in China, the brand has been actively collaborating with our school since 2018 to organise training courses, workshops and educational pathways around composition techniques, sensory analysis and natural raw materials.
